作者对35例老年性白内障手术的38眼,分两组进行了部分晶体生化成份分析。第一组16眼,术前用白内障治疗仪辅助维生素C治疗5天后行白内障囊内摘除术,将完整晶体行晶体内还原型维生素C及可溶性蛋白含量测定;另一组22眼,术前未行任何处理,术后做同样生化分析。发现治疗组晶体内还原型维生素C含量是非治疗组的3倍,可溶性蛋白是非治疗组的2倍。从而证明此治疗方法能使药物快速进入眼内,并能迅速改善白内障晶体的代谢状态。
