干扰素诱导剂是聚核糖肌苷酸-聚胞嘧啶核糖核苷酸、聚L-赖氨酸和羧甲基纤维素的复合物,简称Poly(ICLC),于照前6小时,以剂量1.25mg/kg 腹腔注射给荷Lewis 肺癌的C57BI 种小鼠(皮下接种瘤细胞3×10~4和3×10~5两组),小鼠肿瘤体积达450mm~3±100mm~3时进行照射,给Poly(ICLC)后6小时干扰素达血浆峰值,用~(60)Coγ线,出光率140.5CGy/分,每周照射2次,每次400CGy,总剂量1200CGy,干扰素诱导剂用3次。照后观察肿瘤体积变化及动物死亡情况,计算平均存活时间。实验分三组,给Poly(ICLC)
The interferon inducer is a complex of polyriboinosinic acid-polycysteine ribonucleotide, poly-L-lysine and carboxymethyl cellulose, abbreviated as Poly(ICLC), taken 6 hours before irradiation, at a dose of 1.25 Mg/kg was intraperitoneally injected into Lewis lung cancer-bearing C57BI mice (subcutaneously inoculated with 3 x 10~4 and 3 x 10~5 groups of tumor cells). When the tumor volume reached 450mm~3±100mm~3, the mice were irradiated. 6 hours after administration of Poly (ICLC) Interferon reaches a plasma peak, with a ~(60) Co γ line, a light output of 140.5 CGy/min, two weekly irradiations, 400 CGy each time, a total dose of 1200 CGy, and 3 interferon inducers .
