偶氮类化合物是钛的重要光度试剂,如 PAN,PAR,RN 等试剂均早已用于钛的光度测定。但关于铍试剂Ⅲ和钛的显色反应至今未见报道。实验发现,在 pH4.4以下铁(Ⅲ)被抗坏血酸还原成铁(Ⅱ)后不再和铍试剂Ⅲ显色,并当有苯羟乙酸(苦杏仁酸)存在时能使钛(Ⅳ)和铍试剂Ⅲ的显色反应更灵敏。本文在 pH4.1左右的乙酸—乙酸钠缓冲液介质中显色,测得该络合物的最大吸收峰λ_(max)为580nm,试剂的λ_(max)为485nm,故△λ为95nm。络合物20分钟内能显色完
