草莓小孢子细胞学发育时期与花器外部形态、大小密切相关。本研究通过调查观察,了解了草莓小孢子细胞学发育时期的特点,以及相应的花蕾外部形态、大小、花药的颜色的相关性和花序中不同序位花蕾发育时期的差异。因此,只需依据其花器形态、大小、颜色即可确定小孢子细胞学发育时期,这项研究成果可应用于单倍体育种直接判别花器的适宜接种时期。
The developmental stages of strawberry microspore cytology are closely related to the external shape and size of flower organ. In this study, we investigated the characteristics of microspore cytology in strawberry and the correlation between external morphology and size of flower buds, the color of anther and the developmental stages of flower buds in different inflorescences. Therefore, it is only necessary to determine the developmental stage of microspore cytology according to the shape, size and color of its flower arrangement. This research result can be applied to the direct inoculation period of haploid breeding to determine the flower organ directly.
