针对我国将要建立的动力堆元件后处理工厂工艺中U和Pu的在线分析要求,本实验室利用~(109)Cd同位素源的能量色散X射线荧光法对部分工艺点的U和Pu含量进行了方法研究。(1)建立了以源发射线的康普顿散射线与内标的在线测U方法通过对铀溶液样品的分析,该系统测U的探测限可达10μg/ml;对铀浓度0.1mg/ml的测量精度优于±7%;与化学法测量结果相比,相对偏差小于5.5%。
