单纯形最优化方法是作为调优法的一种发展起来的。由于它可用较少次数的实验找到最佳条件,在因素较多、因素间又有显著的交互作用时,单纯形法就特别显得简单有效。关子单纯形法的进展及其在分析化学中的应用,国外已有较多的报导。在国内徐民良、梁洞泉等曾对这一方法作过介绍,但有关它在分析化学中的应用的报导还不多。何锡文等利用加权单纯形法研究了光度法的最优化设计取得了良好的结果。
Simplex optimization method is developed as a kind of tuning method. Since it can find the optimal conditions with fewer experiments, the simplex method is particularly simple and effective when there are many factors and there are significant interactions between factors. Off the simplex method of progress and its application in analytical chemistry, there have been more reports abroad. At home, Xu Minliang and Liang Dongquan introduced this method. However, there are not many reports on its application in analytical chemistry. He Xiwen and others used the weighted simplex method to study the optimal design of the photometric method and achieved good results.
