以豚鼠肺巨噬细胞为研究对象,研究了甲醛和苯并(a)芘(BaP)在LD50、DNA-蛋白质交链(DPC)、DNA单链断裂(SSB)等3项指标上的联合作用。结果表明,甲醛和苯并(a)芘对豚鼠肺巨噬细胞的LD50分别为240.4mg/L和13.8mg/L,联合使用的LD50为61.7mg/L(其中甲醛为55.8mg/L,BaP为5.88mg/L),呈增强作用。甲醛能引起DPC,BaP不能引起DPC,联合作用时甲醛引起的交链程度降低;甲醛和BaP都能引起SSB,联合作用时SSB的程度增强。由此可见,甲醛和BaP对细胞杀伤和SSB具有增毒作用。而DPC受到抑制
In this study, guinea pig lung macrophages were used to study the combined effects of formaldehyde and benzo (a) pyrene (BaP) on three indexes of LD50, DPC and SSB . The results showed that the LD50 of formaldehyde and benzo (a) pyrene on guinea pig lung macrophages were 240.4 mg / L and 13.8 mg / L, respectively. The combined LD50 was 61.7 mg / L (formaldehyde was 55.8 mg / L, BaP 5.88mg / L), was enhanced. Formaldehyde can cause DPC, BaP can not cause DPC, the combined effect of formaldehyde caused less degree of cross-linked; Formaldehyde and BaP can cause SSB, the combined effect of SSB increased. Thus, formaldehyde and BaP on cell killing and SSB has an increased toxic effect. DPC is suppressed
