目前,随着社会科学技术的发展,人们对于身体健康要求也提出了新的要求。药品作为现阶段社会发展中保证人们身体健康的基础,越来越受到社会各界人士的关注。本文额就坎地沙坦酯中间体1-碘乙基环己基碳酸酯的合成进行了研究。目的:合成坎地沙坦酯中间体1-碘乙基环己基碳酸酯(A)。方法:用氯甲酸乙酯与氯化硫酰经自由基反应得到1-氯乙基氯甲酸酯,再依次与环己醇、碘化钾反应,得到(A)。结果:合成化合物(A)的总收率为16%。结论:本合成工艺提高和了合成坎地沙坦酯的收率,反应条件温和,适合工业化生产。
At present, with the development of social science and technology, people also put forward new requirements on their health requirements. As the basis of ensuring the health of people in the social development at the present stage, pharmaceuticals have drawn more and more attention from people in all walks of life. This paper reviews the synthesis of candesartan cilexetil intermediates, 1-iodoethylcyclohexyl carbonate. Aim: To synthesize candesartan cilexetil intermediates 1-iodoethylcyclohexyl carbonate (A). Methods: 1-Chloroethyl chloroformate was obtained by free radical reaction of ethyl chloroformate and thionyl chloride, and then reacted with cyclohexanol and potassium iodide to obtain (A). Results: The total yield of the synthetic compound (A) was 16%. Conclusion: The synthesis process can increase the yield of candesartan cilexetil and the reaction conditions are mild. It is suitable for industrial production.
