据《园艺学报》2015年第11期《外源甜菜碱处理对冷藏桃果实冷害和品质的影响》(作者单体敏等)报道,研究了外源甜菜碱(GB)处理对“雨花2号”水蜜桃冷害和品质的影响。以水蜜桃为试验材料,研究不同浓度外源甜菜碱处理后冷藏桃果实的褐变指数、果实硬度、出汁率,可溶性固形物含量等品质指标,以期提出新的高效安全的桃果实采后保鲜技术,为甜菜碱处理在桃果实贮藏保鲜中的应用提供科学依据。结果表明,GB不同浓度(5、10、20 mmol·L~(-1))处
