研究了玉米、烟草、猕猴桃、毛白杨和桃树五种植物的不同器官(叶、叶柄、叶鞘、根、芽、茎、枝条、皮层、幼果、种子等)的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱特点。结果表明,不同植物的相同器官、同一植物的不同器官以及同一器官的不同发育时期所具有的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱不同。研究玉米的杂种优势与过氧化物酶同工酶的关系时,以取四叶期自上而下的第二全展叶片为理想,研究烟草时取成年叶为合适,鉴定猕猴桃和毛白杨的性别时,以取当年生枝条上的成年叶片为宜。
