伴随着新型城镇化不断推进,乡村的转型与重构日趋深化。尤其是位于半城市化地区的城郊镇村,城乡联系频繁密切,空间碎化较为显著,管控工作上存在一定难度。为进一步引导城乡空间结构优化,提高镇村规划建设水平,江苏省于2014年组织推进优化镇村布局规划工作。在此背景下,本文以《扬州市市区镇村布局规划》的编制工作为例,介绍扬州市在此过程中的工作方法与创新探索,以期为同类规划的编制提供参考,进一步推进城郊镇村健康持续发展。 With the continuous promotion of new urbanization, the transformation and reconstruction of rural areas have become increasingly deepened. Especially in suburban towns and villages in the semi-urban areas, urban-rural links are frequent and frequent, with more obvious space fragmentation and some degree of difficulty in management and control. In order to further guide the optimization of urban and rural spatial structure and improve the planning and construction of towns and villages, Jiangsu Province organized and optimized the layout planning of towns and villages in 2014. Against this background, this paper takes Yangzhou City Urban and Rural Layout Planning as an example to introduce Yangzhou’s working methods and innovations in this process, with a view to provide reference for the preparation of similar plans and further promote the suburbs of town Village healthy and sustainable development.
