黑城公社土地平坦,又有一定灌溉条件,粮食作物播种面积10万亩左右,总产1千万斤上下,单产徘徊在100斤水平。春小麦在粮食生产中占有举足轻重的地位,播种面积分别占粮食作物总面积和夏粮面积的35％和60％以上,产量分别占粮食总产和夏粮总产的43％和74％以上。努力发展春麦生产,对于提高全社粮食生产水平有着十分重大的影响。为了掌握当地春麦生产中的突出矛盾,探索增产途径,开展了春麦丰产栽培试验。
Black City commune flat land, there are some irrigation conditions, sown area of about 100000 mu of crops, total output of 10 million jin up and down, hovering at 100 pounds level. Spring wheat occupies a pivotal position in grain production, with acreage accounting for 35% and 60% of the total area of cereal crops and summer grain respectively, accounting for 43% and 74% of total grain output and summer grain output respectively. Efforts to develop spring wheat production have a very significant impact on raising the level of grain production in the whole society. In order to grasp the prominent contradictions in the local spring wheat production and explore ways to increase production, spring wheat high-yielding cultivation trials were carried out.
