作为供气和产油的主要设备之一,压缩机被广泛应用于石油和天然气工业领域。由于油田和天然气管道中气量压力和温度等不停变化,压缩机面临工况改变的挑战。虽然离心压缩机,特别是燃气涡轮机驱动的压缩机,可以在不同工况下有很大的灵活性,但通常为了适应长期非设计工况,压缩机调级是更经济的选择。压缩机调级时不仅需要考虑压缩机效率、输气能力或者整机燃料效率的改进,还应考虑调级成本和调级导致的停机对输气的影响。讨论了具有低生命周期成本的离心压缩机的设计原理和解决方案,提出了压缩机调级和案例研究的标准。
As one of the main equipment for gas supply and oil production, compressors are widely used in the oil and gas industry. Compressors face the challenge of changing conditions due to the constant changes in gas pressure and temperature in oil and gas pipelines. While centrifugal compressors, and especially gas turbine driven compressors, can be very flexible in different operating conditions, it is often the more economical option to adjust the compressor to accommodate long term off-design conditions. Compressor adjustment not only need to consider the compressor efficiency, gas transmission capacity or fuel efficiency of the whole improvement, but also should consider the adjustment of the cost and adjustment caused by downtime on gas transmission. The design principle and solution of centrifugal compressor with low life cycle cost were discussed. The standards of compressor tuning and case study were put forward.
