工业生产现场环境中存在的和由超声波探伤系统自身产生的各种干扰信号,对超声波多通道自动探伤的结果具有危害性影响。本文着重讲述了根据干扰信号和缺陷信号的不同特点,用相关原理识别缺陷信号的真伪;并在仪器上应用这一原理,以微机和电子电路实现相关判别技术方法。
The existence of industrial production site environment and by the ultrasonic flaw detection system itself produces a variety of interference signals, ultrasonic multi-channel automatic detection of the results have a harmful impact. This paper focuses on the different characteristics of the interference signal and the defect signal, using the principle of correlation to identify the authenticity of the defect signal; and applying this principle to the instrument to realize the relevant discrimination technique by the computer and the electronic circuit.
