利用阴极渗氢,TEM、SEM和拉伸应力腐蚀试验法研究了渗氢量对AlZnMg、AlZnMgCr和AlZnMgZr合金应力腐蚀寿命、截面缩减率损失和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,预渗氢能同时降低三种合金的抗应力腐蚀性能,但Zr和Cr能抑制氢对应力腐蚀稳定性的不利影响,当渗氢量足够高时,Zr的抑制作用比Cr大。本文还讨论了氢对应力腐蚀开裂的作用机理。
The effects of hydrogen permeation on the stress corrosion life, loss of area reduction and fracture morphology of AlZnMg, AlZnMgCr and AlZnMgZr alloys were investigated by cathodic hydrogen permeation, TEM, SEM and tensile stress corrosion testing. The results show that the pre-impregnation hydrogen can reduce the stress corrosion resistance of the three alloys at the same time. However, Zr and Cr can inhibit the adverse effect of hydrogen on the stress corrosion stability. When the hydrogen permeability is high enough, the inhibition of Zr is greater than that of Cr. The paper also discussed the mechanism of hydrogen on stress corrosion cracking.
