采用UG软件对低压铸造增压器壳体铸造模具进行三维造型,同时对模型进行简化。用Hypermesh软件对模型进行网格划分以获得高质量的网格,运用Abaqus软件模拟增压器壳体的铸造成形过程,对壳体模具在铸造过程中的变形进行分析,预测飞边产生的位置及大小,并与实际生产中产生的飞边作对比;采集模拟的分型面间隙数据,将间隙量补偿在模具上,对模具进行修正补偿,并进行铸造试验,铸件没有飞边,得到与预期相符的结果。
Using UG software for low pressure casting supercharger shell mold casting three-dimensional modeling, while simplifying the model.
