1 前言 新余中板厂1978年建成投产,是以2300mm三辊劳特式轧机为主体设备的中板生产工艺,可轧制8~20mm的规格产品,产量在12万吨上下徘徊,为适应市场需要和我厂的生存与发展,进行技术改造势在必行。 1992年,我厂技术改造列入省重点技改项目,技改设计要点是新增2500mm四辊轧机和十一辊强力矫直机,同时对加热和精整工艺做相应的改造,以形成年产36万吨4.5~24mm多种规格的中板产品。为满足工艺要求,整个控制系统设计成轧线系统和压下系统两大类。就资金投入而言,约为二千多万元,占整个技改费用的10%,但就其重要性而言,轧线控制系统是否能平稳、可靠运行,直接影响作业率和产量;压下控制系统则对产品厚度这一重要质量指标关系极大。
