上海局探伤车在正常运行检测中,发现了不少的伤损,其中螺孔裂纹的检出率最高,每年占到全部伤损的70％以上,螺孔裂纹是有缝线路上主要的伤损之一,发展到一定的程度会形成揭盖,严重危害铁路行车安全。尤其是近年来,随着有缝线路老化,加之列车速度的提高,螺孔裂纹的发生率增加,发展速度加快。因此,通过实践分析来提高探伤车对螺孔的检测能力具有重要的现实意义。
