高强钢冲压成形普遍存在回弹缺陷,采用三点弯曲试验和Marc.MSC软件的更新拉格朗日法对DP780板材弯曲与回弹变形进行了研究;分析了压头压下量对回弹角度、应力和应变分布的影响;观察了形变微观组织的形貌与流动。结果表明:DP780钢的回弹角随着压头压下量的增加而增加;圆弧区的带状组织比直边区的明显,金属流动和应力应变主要集中在圆弧区附近。中性层两侧的应力应变基本是对称的。模拟结果与实验结果较吻合,二者平均误差为9.4%;能够准确地得到弯曲回弹过程中板材的状态,对研究双相钢板弯曲成形具有一定的参考价值。

Morphology and flow of deformed microstructure were observed. The results show that the rebound angle of DP780 steel increases with the increase of pressure head pressure. The ribbon structure in the circular zone is more obvious than the straight edge zone. The metal flow and stress-strain mainly concentrate near the circular arc zone. The stress and strain on both sides of the neutral layer are basically symmetrical. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the average error between the two is 9.4%. The state of the plate during the bending rebound can be accurately obtained, which is of certain reference value for the study of the bending forming of the dual-phase steel plate.
