着重分析了不同受试天数、不同停留时间对不同实验组受试小鼠血象中红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)6项指标的影响情况。通过实验研究发现,不同受试天数、不同停留时间对不同实验组受试小鼠6项外周血象指标的影响情况是不同的。若仅以受试30d或15d的小鼠外周血象中个别指标的变化情况评价其耐缺氧特性具有一定的偶然性。因此,评价时必须研究不同受试天数、不同停留时间对受试小鼠外周血象指标的影响情况进行综合分析,才能保证功效评价结果准确和客观。
The effects of different test days and different residence time on the changes of hemoglobin (RBC), hemoglobin (HB), hematocrit (HCT), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean erythrocyte hemoglobin MCH), the average of hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) 6 indicators of the situation. The experimental study found that different test days, different residence time on different experimental groups of 6 mice peripheral blood indices are different. If only the test 30d or 15d mouse peripheral blood in the individual indicators of the changes in the evaluation of its hypoxia tolerant nature has a certain chance. Therefore, the evaluation must study the different days of test, different residence time of peripheral blood hemoglobin index of the mice were analyzed comprehensively in order to ensure that the efficacy evaluation results are accurate and objective.
