将转美洲拟鲽抗冻蛋白基因第四代番茄及对照低温锻炼后,测定其苗期致死温度,发现转基因各组致死温度较未转基因对照明显降低1~2℃。说明转AFP基因番茄抗寒力增强,为在北方提早育苗,定植,提早上市提供条件,具有明显经济效益。对几年来转基因后代的田间形态学观察、记录的结果进行了有效积温指标的计算,推测转基因番茄可能跨过一个积温带,扩大其栽培范围。
The 4th generation tomato of the antifreeze protein gene of America was transferred to the fourth generation of tomato and the control was subjected to low temperature exercise. The lethal temperature was measured at the seedling stage. The lethal temperature of each transgenic group was significantly lower than that of the non-transgenic control by 1-2 ℃. The results showed that the AFP gene tomato increased the cold resistance and provided the conditions for earlier seedling, colonization and early listing in the north, with obvious economic benefits. The results of field observations and records of the transgenic offspring in recent years have been used to calculate the effective accumulated temperature index. It is speculated that the transgenic tomato may cross an accumulated temperature zone and expand its cultivation range.
