现阶段,在国内还没有高速公路用地采用土地入股的成功先例据媒体报道,“十一五”期间,广东境内公路建设将尝试“农民土地使用权作价入股”(以下简称土地入股)的用地方式,韶赣(韶关至江西赣州)高速和莞惠(东莞至惠州)高速的东莞段已被纳入首批试点。这件事引起了社会的广泛关注,今年两会上也成为代表委员热议的话题。根据已掌握的情况和资料,我们认为,在当前条件下,对高速公路建设采取土地入股方式应持慎重态度。
