我院 6年来行胸段食道癌手术 5 8例 ,全部病例术前均行CT扫描 ,本文回顾性对 5 8例病例术前 CT检查结果与术中探查及术后病理情况进行比较 ,以评价术前 CT检查对胸段食管癌手术的指导价值。1 一般资料本文 5 8例男 4 6例 ,女 2例 ;年龄 4 0～ 71岁。 CT检查前均经纤维胃镜检查
Fifty-eight patients underwent thoracic esophageal cancer surgery in our hospital in 6 years. CT scan was performed on all cases before operation.
