目的建立涉水用不锈钢管材中镍含量的分光光度检测方法。方法在强碱性溶液中,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,使镍与丁二酮肟形成红褐色络合物,用分光光度法检测不锈钢管材中镍的含量。结果该方法相对标准偏差在1.11%~3.37%之间,线性相关系数r在0.9994~0.9998之间。结论该方法准确可靠,操作简单方便,可广泛应用于不锈钢管材中镍含量的测定,以保证饮用水的质量。
Objective To establish a spectrophotometric method for the determination of nickel content in watertight stainless steel tubing. Methods In a strong alkaline solution, ammonium persulfate was used as an oxidant to form a red-brown complex of nickel with dimethylglyoxime. The content of nickel in the stainless steel pipe was determined by spectrophotometry. Results The relative standard deviation of the method was between 1.11% and 3.37%, and the linear correlation coefficient r was between 0.9994 and 0.9998. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, easy to operate and can be widely used in the determination of nickel content in stainless steel pipe to ensure the quality of drinking water.
