对于红外激光器传递用的导光纤维,虽然已从多方面进行研究,但是迄今尚未研制成适于临床用的传递CO_2激光器的导光纤维。最近日本慈惠医科大学和持田制药株式会社已研制了一种以氯化银(AgCl)单晶为材料,用于CO_2激光的导光纤维。同时研制了可与最大偷出功率为60瓦的医用激光器连接使用的实验装置。该导光纤维实验装置由全长630毫米的导光部分和小型盒武控制器构成,可以和医用激光器的操作导光关节臂连接使用。导光纤维芯子外径为2毫米,在其周围绕有热敏传感器,然后再包覆聚四氟乙烯及硅橡胶材料的增强套管线,其外径为8毫米。
Although many studies have been made on the light-guiding fibers for transmitting infrared laser, no light-guiding fiber for CO 2 laser which is suitable for clinical use has been developed. Recently Japan Cimiei Medical University and Coda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has developed a silver chloride (AgCl) single crystal material for the CO_2 laser light guide fiber. At the same time developed with the maximum steal power of 60 watts of medical laser connected to the experimental device. The light guide fiber experiment device is composed of a light guiding part with a total length of 630 mm and a small box-shaped controller, which can be connected with the operation light guide arm of the medical laser. The outer diameter of the light guide fiber core is 2 mm, around which a thermal sensor is wound, and then a reinforced ferrule wire of Teflon and silicone rubber is covered with an outer diameter of 8 mm.
