目的观察一元复方戊二醛消毒剂杀菌效果及其稳定性。方法采用理化分析法对其稳定性和腐蚀性进行了检测。结果戊二醛含量22 g/L的一元复方戊二醛消毒液原包装,置37℃温箱储存90 d,戊二醛下降率为5.38%。使用中戊二醛消毒浸泡器械7、14、21、28 d后,其戊二醛含量下降率分别为0.00%、0.64%、0.64%和2.86%。常温下浸泡72 h,其原液对不锈钢、碳钢、铜无腐蚀,对铝有轻度腐蚀。结论该一元复方戊二醛消毒剂性能稳定,对碳钢、不锈钢、铜无腐蚀,对铝有轻度腐蚀。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect and stability of monobasic compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant. Methods The physical and chemical analysis method was used to test its stability and corrosivity. Results The crude glutaraldehyde glutaraldehyde disinfectant with a glutaraldehyde content of 22 g / L was packaged in original packaging and stored in a 37 ℃ incubator for 90 days. The decreasing rate of glutaraldehyde was 5.38%. The glutaraldehyde content descended 0.00%, 0.64%, 0.64% and 2.86% respectively after using glutaraldehyde disinfection and soaking instruments for 7,14,21,28 d. Soak at room temperature for 72 h, the stock solution of stainless steel, carbon steel, copper corrosion, mild corrosion of aluminum. Conclusion The one-unit compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant has stable performance, no corrosion to carbon steel, stainless steel and copper, and slight corrosion to aluminum.
