本文根据国内外资料,介绍了一种新的、有前途的碳纤维表面处理工艺——电化学处理法。处理时,采用电化学法在做为阳极的碳纤维上沉积聚合物层。该工艺的特点是处理时间短(数分钟),效果显著,不损伤纤维并能同时提高复合材料的内层剪切强度和冲击韧性。 选择有效而性能优异的聚合单体是本方法的努力目标之一。据文献报道,聚合物性能改进的程度与进入碳纤维的界面相聚合物性质有关。界面相聚合物的分子量、化学组成和支链是起影响作用的分子因素。显然,在碳纤维上沉积聚合物,为获得优良的复合材料性能提供了有效的方法。
In this paper, based on domestic and foreign information, introduced a new, promising carbon fiber surface treatment process - electrochemical treatment. During processing, the polymer layer is deposited electrochemically on the carbon fibers used as the anode. The process is characterized by a short treatment time (a few minutes), the effect is significant, does not damage the fiber and can simultaneously improve the composite inner layer shear strength and impact toughness. The choice of effective and excellent performance of the polymerization monomer is one of the goals of this method. It has been reported in the literature that the degree of improvement in polymer properties is related to the nature of the polymer in the interfacial phase entering the carbon fiber. The molecular weight, chemical composition and branching of the polymer in the interface phase are the molecular factors that play an influential role. Obviously, the deposition of polymers on carbon fibers provides an effective method for obtaining excellent composite properties.
