以蚯蚓粪试材,“甜宝”草莓为供试植物,通过温室大棚栽培试验,研究了CK(不施肥,全部为土壤)、N_(100)(全部氮由尿素提供)、M_(100)(全部氮由蚯蚓粪提供)、M_(20)N_(80)(20%的氮由蚯蚓粪提供,80%的氮由尿素提供)、M_(50)N_(50)(50%的氮由蚯蚓粪提供,50%的氮由尿素提供)等处理对草莓土壤理化性质、酶活性、光合特性及品质和产量的影响。结果表明:与对照及N_(100)相比,蚯蚓粪处理显著提高了土壤肥力;增加了土壤中酶活性;提高了草莓净光合速率、气孔导度、叶绿素a及b含量,降低了胞间CO_2浓度;草莓的可溶性固形物、糖分、维生素C、可溶性蛋白质含量等均增加,酸含量降低,提高了草莓产量。
The results showed that CK (no fertilization, all soil), N_ (100) (all nitrogen was provided by urea), M_ ( 100) (all of the nitrogen is provided by vermicompost), M 20 N 80 (20% of the nitrogen is provided by vermicompost and 80% of the nitrogen is provided by urea), M 50 N 50 (50% Nitrogen is provided by vermicompost and 50% nitrogen is provided by urea) on soil physical and chemical properties, enzyme activity, photosynthetic characteristics, quality and yield of strawberry. The results showed that earthworm excrement significantly increased soil fertility, increased soil enzyme activity, increased net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, chlorophyll a and b content, and decreased the number of intercellular compartments CO 2 concentration. The content of soluble solids, sugar, vitamin C and soluble protein in strawberry increased, the content of acid decreased and the yield of strawberry increased.
