目的定性分析细叶杜香中的挥发性成分。方法利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法分离鉴定,同时用直观推导式演进特征投影法解析重叠色谱峰的二维色谱质谱数据,获取组分的色谱曲线和质谱。根据组分的质谱进行库相似性检索实现定性。结果共分离解析出72种组分,其中40种组分在细叶杜香的相关GC-MS分析中未见报道。结论GC-MS结合直观推导式演进特征投影法分析细叶杜香挥发性成分可提供更多的信息。
Objective To qualitatively analyze the volatile components in Rhododendron chinense. Methods The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was used to separate and identify the chromatograms. At the same time, two-dimensional chromatographic mass spectrometry data of overlapping chromatographic peaks were analyzed using an intuitive derivation-evolutionary projection method to obtain chromatograms and mass spectra of components. The library similarity search was performed based on the mass spectra of the components to achieve characterization. Results A total of 72 components were isolated and resolved, of which 40 components were not reported in GC-MS analysis of Rhododendron chinense. Conclusion GC-MS combined with the intuitive derivation of evolving feature projection method to analyze the volatile components of E. ulmoides can provide more information.
