本文研究了7-溴化乙氧苯四氢巴马亭(7-bromethyoxybenzen-tetrahydropalmatine,EBP)对高钾停搏及停氧、减少灌流液后复灌离体豚鼠工作心脏的作用。结果表明,高钾使工作心脏停搏45min后,用正常Tris液灌流,心脏复跳后可维持有效工作时间30min以上。停氧5min同时减少心脏灌流量至原来的10%,类似缺血状态,15min后复灌,离体豚鼠工作心脏的左室压(LVP);左室舒张末期压(LVEDP);主动脉流量(ABF);冠脉流量(CBF);主动脉压(AP);校正后的心脏总输出量(T-CO);左室压力上升速率(+dp/dt_(max));左室压力最大下降速率(-dp/dt_(max))均发生明显变化。EBP 30μmol/L对高钾停搏及复跳的心脏有保护作用,但对停氧及类似缺血状态15min后复灌的心脏保护作用不够理想。
In this paper, we investigated the effect of 7-bromethyoxybenzen-tetrahydropalmatine (EBP) on high-potassium cardioplegia and anoxia to reduce the reperfusion of isolated guinea pig hearts after perfusion. The results showed that high-potassium cardiac work 45min after cardiomyocyte perfusion with normal Tris fluid, the heart can be maintained after more than 30min effective working hours. Oxygen withdrawal 5min reduced the perfusion of heart to the original 10%, similar to ischemic state, 15min after reperfusion, left ventricular pressure (LVP) in isolated guinea pig working heart; left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP); aortic flow (ABF), coronary flow (CBF), aortic pressure (AP), corrected total cardiac output (T-CO) and left ventricular pressure (+ dp / dt max) The rate (-dp / dt_ (max)) changes significantly. EBP 30 μmol / L had protective effects on the heart of hyperkalemic cardioplegia and reemerging heart, but the cardioprotective effect of reperfusion after 15 min of oxygen and similar ischaemia was not ideal.
