针对企业生产现场电能质量治理的需要,设计了一种具有功率因数校正、谐波电流治理和电网谐振抑制功能的高电能质量综合补偿系统。为抑制无源支路与电网等效电感间的谐振现象及改善无源滤波器的滤波性能,采用了混合注入式结构。文中分析了其拓扑结构和工作原理,详细讨论了该系统的稳态补偿特性和死区补偿方法。理论分析和现场运行情况都表明该系统能有效解决大功率负载工况下电网谐波抑制和无功补偿的综合需要,具有很好的工程应用效果。
Aimed at the need of power quality control in production site, a high power quality compensation system with power factor correction, harmonic current control and grid resonance suppression was designed. In order to suppress the resonance between passive branch and grid equivalent inductance and improve the filtering performance of passive filter, hybrid injection structure is adopted. In this paper, the topology structure and working principle are analyzed. The steady-state compensation characteristics and dead-zone compensation methods are discussed in detail. Both theoretical analysis and field operation show that the system can effectively solve the combined requirement of harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation under high power load conditions and has good engineering application effects.
