一、前言在管道内利用空气动力来输送粉粒料叫做管道空气输送,简称气力输送。粉料在管道内输送具有节省劳力、物料不易漏散和污染、可以任意改变输送方向、设备结构简单和占地少、按装维修容易、不受天气影响和能实施自动化等优点。另外在输送过程中可以对原料或产品进行反应、混合、加热、干燥等工艺,所以在冶金、铸造、化工、电力、建材、医药、食品等工业部门得到了广泛的应用。
I. INTRODUCTION The use of aerodynamics to transport powder pellets in pipelines is called pneumatic conveying of pipes, referred to as pneumatic conveying. Powder transportation in the pipeline has the advantages of labor saving, easy material leakage and pollution, can change the conveying direction arbitrarily, the structure of the equipment is simple and occupies less, the equipment is easy to be installed and repaired, the weather is not affected and the automation can be implemented. In addition, it can be widely used in metallurgy, casting, chemical, electric power, building materials, medicine, food and other industrial sectors in the process of transportation, such as reaction, mixing, heating and drying of raw materials or products.
