辊式矫直是改善板型、消除残余应力、获得合格金属板带材的重要工艺环节,其工艺水平直接决定产品品质。在矫直设备组成中,矫直驱动系统作为矫直过程中变形能的来源,对矫直设备的设计和矫直工艺的制定有较大影响。通过试验研究,对矫直驱动系统的实际受载和理论计算值进行对照分析。研究表明,矫直咬入阶段的冲击载荷是矫直辊接轴损坏的主要原因,单根矫直辊扭矩试验值是理论计算值的近4倍;同时在矫直过程中,由于集中传动的影响,试验驱动扭矩分布与理论计算存在较大的不同。其中,3、4号矫直辊承担了弯曲变形大部分的驱动功。
