学习理论是教育理论中一个重要的部分,在普通心理学和教育心理学的范畴内占有重要的地位,所以,历来的心理学家都很重视,并付出极大的精力进行探讨。由于观点不同,形成了各种学派。可是直至今日还没有能够解释一切学习问题的理论。从二十世纪以来,学习理论大体上可分为两大派别:一是联想学派(Association),这一派认为学习是刺激与反应之间的形成和建立;一是完形学派(Gestaltist),这一派认为学习是知觉系统的组织与重新组合。两派虽然似乎势不两立,彼此相互抨击,但也不难看出相互间的影响。事实上
