目的:分析一次性根管治疗感染根管的临床效果。方法:选取郑州市第七人民医院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的86例感染根管患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例患者,观察组采用一次性根管治疗疗法治疗,对照则采用多次根管疗法治疗,比较两组患者根管感染治疗效果,对比两组患者的治疗满意度。结果:观察组治疗有效率98.68%,对照组治疗有效率为82.89%,观察组治疗满意度100%,对照组治疗满意度72.09%,观察组治疗前疼痛视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)(68.16±5.16)分,对照组治疗前疼痛VAS(68.16±5.16)分,观察组治疗后疼痛VAS(23.16±3.03)分,对照组治疗前疼痛VAS(43.24±3.78)分,差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:感染根管对患者的日常生活影响巨大,患者牙痛症状明显,通过一次性根管疗法的治疗效果显著,其预后效果好,治疗满意度高。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of one-time root canal therapy on root canal infection. Methods: Totally 86 patients with root canal infection in Zhengzhou Seventh People’s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 patients in each group. The observation group received one-off Root canal therapy treatment, control is the use of multiple root canal therapy, compared the efficacy of root canal infection in two groups of patients, compared with two groups of patients satisfaction with treatment. Results: The effective rate was 98.68% in the observation group, 82.89% in the control group, 100% in the observation group and 72.09% in the control group. The pain visual analog scale score (VAS) in the observation group before treatment was 68.16 ± 5.16), VAS (68.16 ± 5.16) in the control group before treatment, pain VAS (23.16 ± 3.03) in the observation group and VAS (43.24 ± 3.78) in the control group before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Infected root canal has a great impact on the daily life of patients. The symptoms of toothache are obvious. The curative effect of one-time root canal therapy is remarkable. The prognosis is good and the treatment satisfaction is high.
