为了阐明草绿色链球菌(SV)体外对人精子运动的影响,先将不同浓度的活SV悬液、滤液以及经煮沸和青霉素处理的SV悬液在体外与10例健康成年生育男性的经上游优化处理的精子一起孵化,于孵化0、2、4和6h采用德国Mika计算机辅助的精子分析系统(CASA)分别测定具体外对人精子前向运动百分率的影响。结果显示:活SV悬液体外能明显降低前向运动精子百分率;活SV滤液、经煮沸和青霉素处理后的SV悬液体外对人精子前向运动精子百分率无明显影响。说明活的SV菌体本身体外能明显降低人前向运动精子百分率,但杀菌处理能消除其作用。
In order to elucidate the effect of Streptococcus viridans (SV) on human sperm motility in vitro, first, different concentrations of live SV suspension, filtrate, and boiled and penicillin-treated SV suspensions were compared with those of 10 healthy adult male Optimized spermatozoa were incubated at 0, 2, 4, and 6 h after hatching. The effects of specific external pre-sperm motility on sperm motility were measured using the Mika Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis System (CASA), Germany. The results showed that live SV suspension could significantly reduce the percentage of forward motile sperm. In live SV filtrate, the SV suspension treated with boiling and penicillin had no significant effect on the percentage of sperm forward motility in human. It shows that living SV cells can significantly reduce the percentage of human motile spermatozoa in vitro, but bactericidal treatment can eliminate its effect.
