N,N-二(1-甲基庚基)乙酰胺(以下简称N-503)系我所研制的一种新型工业萃取剂。它用甲庚醇作原料,经常压通氢氨解成二(1-甲基庚基)胺,然后用醋酐乙酰化制成。1974年由上海市治理三废办公室组织我所与有关工厂协作,将其用于废水脱酚,试验效果良好;1975年7月,对我所实验厂扩大试制N-503的工艺及脱酚应用进行了鉴定,并确定由上海市化工局七·二一大学扩大生产,以满足推广应用的需要。几年来,经过无锡焦化厂、贵池钢厂、上海东风农药厂、上海染化三厂、五厂等单位的生产实践和试验
N, N-bis (1-methylheptyl) acetamide (hereinafter referred to as N-503) is a new type of industrial extraction agent developed by us.
