本文从物理学科的实验特性、学生能力以及心理等因素对物理教学的影响进行探究,阐述学生管理不仅要有利于学生的发展和成长,还要有利于教学的改革;课堂教学也要适应学生管理的要求,实现高效的课堂教学,不再是单纯的知识传授,而是达到最终的培养学生的素质和能力。
