线切割加工放电状态间接检测方法的研究

本文通过采用神经网络技术与反馈控制技术有机结合的方法,试图开辟预测线切割放电加工状态的新途径。实验结果表明,该方法提高了学习收敛速度和预测精度。证实了利用神经网络技术对线切割加工放电状态的预测已成为可能。 In this paper, by using the combination of neural network technology and feedback control technology, this paper attempts to open up a new way to predict the EDM status. Experimental results show that this method improves learning convergence speed and prediction accuracy. It has been confirmed that it is possible to predict the discharge state of wire EDM by using the neural network technology.
