岳西县作为全省32个试点县之一,先行先试,基层医改圆满完成各项任务.目前,我县医改的总体进展如下:①完成了管理体制改革.明确了乡镇卫生院、社区服务机构的公益性质,落实了基本医疗和公共卫生服务任务.全县设24个乡镇卫生院,1个社区卫生服务中心,由乡镇卫生院对村卫生室实行一体化管理.撤销了34个卫生所,4个卫生分院,全县暂设5个门诊部作为过渡.
