本文主要根据国内离子氮化炉炉温不均测温不准的问题,与一般热处理炉的温度场,测温特点进行了分析比较,阐明了离子氮化炉的几个特点。指出影响温度均匀、测温准确的主要因素是炉体保温层的精确设计;工件的形状及放置方法;摸拟头的设计和热电偶的安装方式以及阴阳极的面积和操作方法等。同时从实测的数据说明加保温层后,炉内温度梯度小,便于准确控温,节省了大量电能和冷却水。
This paper mainly according to the problem of inaccurate temperature measurement of ion nitriding furnace in our country, compared with the temperature field and temperature measurement of general heat treatment furnace, and clarified some characteristics of ion nitriding furnace. It is pointed out that the main factors influencing the temperature uniformity and accurate temperature measurement are the accurate design of the furnace insulation layer, the shape and placement of the workpiece, the design of the simulation head, the installation method of the thermocouple and the area and operation method of the cathode and the anode. At the same time from the measured data that add insulation layer, the furnace temperature gradient is small, easy to accurately control the temperature, saving a lot of electricity and cooling water.
