轧辊偏心是影响高精度板带材质量的重要因素,通过对八辊冷轧机轧辊偏心信号的分析计算,得出了一种偏心补偿控制方法。通过对轧辊圆周定点轧制力数据采样间接得出偏心信号,然后将偏心信号处理转换为液压偏心调整机构的电压信号,以补偿轧辊偏心的影响。补偿后,轧制出口厚度精度得到了明显改善。
Roller eccentricity is an important factor that affects the quality of strip with high precision. Through the analysis and calculation of the eccentric signal of eight-roller cold rolling mill, an eccentric compensation control method is obtained. The eccentricity signal is indirectly obtained through data sampling of the fixed rolling force at the circumference of the roll, and then the eccentricity signal processing is converted into the voltage signal of the hydraulic eccentric adjustment mechanism to compensate for the influence of the roll eccentricity. After compensation, the thickness accuracy of the rolling exit has been significantly improved.
