近10~15年,在砂矿开采中已广泛采用单机功率大的采运机械(185~296千瓦的推土机、斗容5~20米~3的索斗铲、铲运机、装载机)。但是,随着砂矿原料基地的日趋复杂,特别是随着剥离和转铲系数的增大以及剥离废石平均运距的增加,技术经济指标不断恶化。露天开采经验证实,开采松散矿体时将间断工艺改为连续工艺,亦即采用连续和间断-连续工艺,可大大改善技术经济指标。
In the recent 10 ~ 15 years, mining machinery has been widely used in the mining of large single machine power harvesting machinery (185 ~ 296 kilowatts bulldozers, bucket capacity of 5 ~ 20 m ~ 3 shovels, scrapers, loaders). However, with the increasing complexity of the raw material base of sand ore, the technical and economic indicators have been deteriorating, especially with the increase of peel and shovel coefficient and the increase of the average distance of pealed waste rock. Open-pit mining experience has proven that when mining loose ore bodies, the discontinuous process is changed to continuous process, that is, continuous and discontinuous-continuous process can greatly improve technical and economic indicators.
