突发事件报道是传媒竞争的重点。相对于文字新闻、广播新闻而言,视频直播具有较大优势,它可以通过图像、声音、字幕等多种手段,生动全面、活灵活现地把新闻事件再现出来。海事卫星、3G背包、便携卫星站是视频直播常用的三种通讯手段,它们有各自特点和适用范围。三种方式充分考虑了各种网络的优势互补和相互协作,使我们能够在不同场合分类别应用这三套应急通信系统,更好的完成复杂情况下的视频直播任务。
Incident reporting is the focus of media competition. Compared with the text news and the radio news, the video broadcast has a great advantage. It can vividly and comprehensively reproduce the news events through various means such as images, voices and subtitles. Maritime satellite, 3G backpack, portable satellite station is a video broadcast of the three commonly used means of communication, they have their own characteristics and scope of application. The three methods give full consideration to the complementarity and mutual cooperation of various networks so that we can categorize these three sets of emergency communication systems in different occasions to better complete the video live broadcast in complicated situations.
