宪法学作为一门社会科学 ,在哲学上涵盖宪法道德学、宪法文化学、宪法逻辑学三个层面 ,而这三个层面的有机结合 ,要靠宪法实践作为原动力。作者认为“普遍主义”是宪法哲学的理论前提。作者还对 2 1世纪中国宪法学研究进行展望 As a social science, constitutional law covers the three aspects of constitutional morality, constitutional culture and constitutional logic in philosophy. The organic combination of the three levels depends on the constitutional practice as the driving force. The author holds that “universalism” is the theoretical premise of constitutional philosophy. The author also looks into the research of Chinese constitutional law in the 21st century
