针对40Mn钢转炉→吹氩站→连铸的生产工艺流程,系统分析了该流程下铸坯中氧氮含量、显微夹杂和大型夹杂的组成和数量及变化规律。结果表明:稳态坯中氧氮平均含量分别为65×10-6左右和70×10-6左右;显微夹杂以MnS夹杂及硅铝酸盐夹杂为主,混浇坯的夹杂物含量为正常坯的2倍;大型夹杂物主要为SiO2夹杂,其次是SiO2-Al2O3夹杂和SiO2-Al2O3-MnO复合夹杂;非稳态浇注影响了钢的洁净度,应当加强浇铸过程中非稳态的控制。
According to the production process of 40Mn steel converter → argon blowing station → continuous casting process, the composition, amount and variation regularity of oxygen and nitrogen, micro-inclusions and large inclusions in the slab are systematically analyzed. The results show that the average content of oxygen and nitrogen in the steady blank is about 65 × 10-6 and about 70 × 10-6, respectively. The micro-inclusions are dominated by MnS inclusions and aluminosilicate inclusions. The content of inclusions in the mixed cast blank is 2 times larger than that of normal billet. The major inclusions are mainly SiO2 inclusions, followed by SiO2-Al2O3 inclusions and SiO2-Al2O3-MnO inclusions. The unsteady pouring affects the cleanliness of steels and the unsteady control during casting should be strengthened .
