结合党支部书记公推直选的实践,从认识、实施、问题、推广、提升五个方面论述了具体做法和提升措施。提出了党支部书记公推直选五步法:准备、动员、公推、直选、批复,规范公推直选标准和流程。针对公推直选实践中出现的问题,提出了激励保障措施和考核评价标准,调动基层党支部书记积极性。对后续提升党支部书记公推直选工作,从项目管理、保障、激励、文化等方面提出了具体措施。
