磺化煤能够有效的脱除煤焦油污水中的酚类,以前的试验对磺化煤的脱酚效果,使用寿命和再生条件等进行了一系列的考察,证明它是一个简易可行的方法,并初步拟定了一个利用磺化煤脱除煤焦油污水中酚的工艺流程。 在此基础上,又对磺化煤吸附酚类的速度,操作平衡吸附量,及影响吸附过程的因素等,进行了较为详细的考察,为今后进一步的深入研究和发展,提供了新的线索和理论根据。试验结果多方面肯定了磺化煤脱酚是吸附过程。
Sulfonated coal can effectively remove the phenols in the coal tar wastewater. A series of investigations on the phenol removal effect, service life and regeneration conditions of sulfonated coal have been carried out in previous experiments, which proves that it is a simple and feasible method. And initially drafted a process of using sulfonated coal to remove phenol from sewage of coal tar. On the basis of this, a detailed investigation is made on the rate of adsorption of phenols by sulfonated coal, the equilibrium adsorption capacity for operation, and the factors that affect the adsorption process, thus providing new clues for further in-depth research and development in the future And theoretical basis.
