用光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜等对Q345B钢板通过火焰切割、剪板机切割和空气等离子切割三种不同切割方法的切割面进行了相关观察和分析。结果表明:Q345B钢板经剪板机切割和空气等离子切割的切割面上容易产生微裂纹缺陷,而钢板厚度方向存在的中心偏析与切割面上的微裂纹没有直接联系,但中心偏析会加剧裂纹的进一步扩展。
The cutting surface of Q345B steel by flame cutting, shearing machine cutting and air plasma cutting was observed and analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that there is no direct contact between the central segregation in the thickness direction and the micro-cracks on the cutting surface of the Q345B steel plate, but the center segregation will aggravate the crack Further expansion.
