执行力可以理解为有效利用资源,保质保量达到目标的能力,指的是贯彻战略意图、完成预定目标的操作能力。作为把企业战略、规划转化为效益、成果的关键,它所关注的是管理机制层面、人力资源层面、领导力层面。立足企业文化,执行力往往强调的是制度的不断完善、员工素质的提高以及领导层的推进能力的提高等等。
